Recently we were intimated that our patent application in USPTO has been granted!
Our first patent grant and that too from the USA, our biggest market, is super exciting to put it modestly!
Even more encouraging were the comments by the USPTO examiner Mr. Dennis G Keritsis! He studied our protocol in such detail and gained such understanding of the whole contraption that he even coined the term “Crisscrossing Transaction Templates” to summarize it all.
Wow!
To date, we have explained this protocol to hundreds of people but nobody could understand and summarize it all as well as him. Kudos to you Sir!
This also paves the way for smoother proceedings in the rest of the countries and jurisdictions where we have filed patent applications as USPTO and their decisions are regarded as gold standard by many!
